Checked it, only looks like.
If it would be a commercial thing I would work much slower with more care for the optics.
But it's diy and hand made and can always have visual imperfections. Acoustically it's a great thing.
Who wants to keep strongly traditional look must stick to modify only the backside of the paper cone.
Did that so with a Fostex Fe 208 sigma. Which has a nice white paper cone.

Bp115a Bluetooth speaker as portable car hifi fullrange speaker.
No need to install anything into the car

some fotos of the inside electronics
was examining the board for any damage but did not see anything obvious like blown electrolytics.
Sometimes the amp begins to make "burp" noise and stopps working. After turning it off and on it reworks.
But not always then I put it off for longer time then it works again.

Did some more work:
Damping resonances of the metal basket of the bass driver
Backside covering with aluminium foil is now completed. Before only parts of the paper cone on the backside were covered with metal foil.
Added small inductivity in line with the bass to linearize a bit the mids. Brings also distortion down.
Reflex tuned lower by doubling length of the port.

Now made a listening test:
Now this is a very correct sounding loudspeaker in terms of fidelity
- complete aluminium sandwich lifts sound quality in the bass and mids alike.
- Bass got more oomph and the mids less prominent. Before it was a bass shy loudspeaker which profited from back to wall or corner placement. Now its well sounding free standing. Bass gained authority.
- The damping of the metal basket is an efficient tweak, too. This was measured in another thread with Fane Sovereign 15 250tc drivers.
- the inductivity for the bass is now switchable and its not necessary to be activated for the balance of sound. Maybe if the box would be used in complete free air on a stand.
