Happy birthday Scott...
I listen to music sometimes to remember, sometimes to forget, sometimes to bring me down, other times to lift me up and when I was a big less geoid in shape to boogie round my living room....
Occasionally I will sing along or attempt to play my bass, neither of which improves the sound quality....
But mostly I listen to music for fun....

Perhaps we should have gotten you one for your birthday. 😉I agree, my father was a pipe man and I once entertained buying an antique meerschaum pipe but still have never tried it.
The only pipe I have left is my old calabash (think Sherlock Holmes) that I bought in 1976. A real pleasure to smoke. Will certainly be doing so when the audio is set up in the cave.
Bill - how about a hooka? Might go well with single malt and music.
My memories of my Dads pipe are rather fraught, many a journey in cars windows shut and the wonderful fumes of the pipe...
