I bought cheaply Sony CDP-770,
DAC- 2x PCM56P-J, DF- CXD2551P, DSP- CXD1125.

some proposals of changes?

something real easy...

check the specs on the BB PCM56J vs PCM63 and 1704. Could be a pin for pin swap.
