considering the mail traffic and support I did, there must be hundreds out there. It is received very well indeed and I still use them my self 🙂
You can look up Firstwatt F4. It is class A mosfet buffer, but uses vertical mosfets instead of laterals.
Mosfet push pull buffer
Hi, I've built a lot of push pull mosfet buffer, but without this extremly sofisticated bias circuit. I like it. Detailed, fresh sound. Very easy to make some experiments with bias amount.
I've used IRF trans, Toshibas, Fairchilds with good results. With a proper speakers, there is a magic way to connect it directly to dig. source. High tones - excellent, middle - beautiful, bass - natural. I like to relax with music.
My experience :better one in this competition is only PLH from N.P. ( +42V without regs, 2A bias ) - with 10*voltage gain.

Future project to build the Aleph 30,Aleph JX,ZV9 and F5, having all the boards some with components.

I still was hoping for your reply😀
bit late though 🙄 haha!
the Tumos works most nicely with a MU Stage doing the voltage gain. on my site you find enough examples for that.... this is what I actually do as well 🙂

Yes,but I need to know which kind of resistors carbon or the regular ones how many wattage 1,2 or 0,6 watt
Changing output mosfets
Hi all!
i have a question, if i want to swap the output mosfets to something like IRFP240 and IRFP9240;
I need to rework bias section o i only have to increase the voltage (using the TL431) at the Gate to something like 5V for near 1amp of current?
i want a great sounding 10/20W with a U follower tube preamp.
Thanks for the advices.
