I have just finished assembling a Scott Nixon tubedac and although it plays very nicely, there is one problem: It keeps losing signal lock in the pauses between tracks on a cd (and the deemphasis-light starts flashing instead). Pressing pause and then play again on the DVD-player is usually enough to get the DAC to lock on to the signal again, but this is very annoying, especially since I have several other DACs based on the CS8414/TD1543 and none of them have this problem. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Oh yes, the loopfilter components are totally different from my previous design. I'll fiddle a little with the values and see if I can get it to behave properly. Thanks 🙂
