I have just finished one cardboard tube sub, using an
Adire DPL-12. Here it is standing next to the Scan Speak /
Raven combo that I finished last week.
I hooked it up to the Rane AC-22, and crossed as low as
it would let me (about 70 hz). So far, so good.
It seems to reach as deep as it wants, with little or no effort.
But I haven't really cranked it yet.

Yea, your blind, I see it fine. Good work, that combo should sound very good and detailed. I really like the monitors, I used the K00 version of that mid/woofer and really like the detail, the SS-8530 are great mid's that will do as a woofer in a pinch but with a sub they make a great system.
