Tube socket footprints for KiCad

Problem solved!

As is often the way, after spending hour scouring the internet and posting a message in the software forum I came across this post from Pete Millett.

Then I discovered the "Create Circular Array" function in KiCad. A bit of trigonometry to work out where to put the first pad and that function did the rest.

Componentsearchengine

Hi! You can actually find quite nice components layouts for the belkin tube sockets on componentsearchengine.com . For downloading you need to register but that is for free. If you need layouts you can also request them to be built and within 1-2 days you get them normally.

I think they had layouts for the belkin vt9-pt socket - should be a standard noval-9.

Hope that helps
