Hello,
The Tube Penultimate Zen PCBs are now available.
The all PCBs are made of FR-4 fiberglass material with Cu-50 mikron + Pb track overlay (tinplated), laser drilled, with two sided blue soldermask (instead of green), and with white component overlay.
Also, they all comes with partlists, stuffing guides and circuit diagrams.
More infos about PCBs for the Tube Penultimate Zen amplifier, and for some other projects, can be founded at PCB-DESIGN website:

They all comes with the partlist, stuffing guide and circuit diagram.
Best regards,

Impressive!
Did you put it together? How does it sound? Have you tought about either combining all the PS sections and amp on a single board or making a PS board? That would simplify assembly. The rectifier for the 50V could be mounted underneath on the same heatsink with a large hole in the pcb for the mounting screw or one could use individual fast diodes...

Hello grataku,
I tried it with Balanced Line Stage preamplifier, with both, unbalanced
and balanced inputs, and the Tube Penultimate Zen sounds simply excellent,
even better than I expected, especially when balanced inputs used.
The power supply is not on the main PCB.
It is a better way to build it separate, so it can be placed near
transformers, and away from the main circuit PCB.
Several peoples asked how to connect tube to PCB.
The PCB is designed that it can accept B9A PCB mounting socket.
This way the all connections are as short as possible, and aditional
wires are not required.
