By the way, your drawing is not "correct", IMHO.
The input Differential amplifier 12AT7 should have both cathode resistors connected to each other, then to one or the other RC.
The other channel should be the same.
All other connections are as you have drawn.
It will work as drawn, but the PSRR will not be as high as the connection I suggest.
This is because the 2 triodes are forced to have a sum of a constant current by the cathode CSS. If the plate resistors are not connected together(to the same B+), the difference will not cancel.
