Tube ID: Octal Metal Can 403A - pinout

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had a pinout or datasheet for an octal 403a metal can format.

I get close to zero ohms from pin 1 to case. 200 ohms or 175 Kohms between 3 and 4 as well as between 6 and 7. This is making it hard to equate to a 6ak5 or 6ak6.

Input transformers?
If it were valves, there should only be continuity on the heater pins, not on other elements.

They look like microphone input matching transformers. I would take the can off and have a look.
Pry out the tabs, with care!

That style was often used as plug-in equalizer networks for commercial tape equipment.

Thanks, I think these may be from some sort of PA equipment. I really wanted them to be a pentode.
