Tube humming question

This is my first try on creating a tube amplifier. I bought the K12G kit (I think this is the latest update for the kit) at TubeDepot http://tubedepot.com/diy-k12m.html.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the sound however when the volume is set to "0" I can hear a humming sound on the right speaker. the left speaker is perfect and dead silent. Do any of you know what might cause the "hum" on the right channel?
