I am in need of some salient advice from you experts!
I came across the deathbox design from steve over at decware, and it piqued my interest. I am currently running OTL monoblocs from RL Merz into a pair of horneshoppe horns with some Custom supertweets and love the single range sound. I have a couple of other amps, an elite 80 PP 25 watt being one.
I am wondering if I could take steves box designs and use celestion bass guitar drivers with the elite80 to create one or even two subwoofers to augment the bass.

I understand that the drivers have to be not only highly efficient but also FAST.
I have been searching for drivers that dont require a lot of watts and have come across a couple on parts express and madisound, so before I take the plunge wanted to get your thoughts!
TIA.
Glen.

No such thing as fast bass. There is such a thing as group delay though. Want to reduce group delay? Model your enclosure with your specific speaker, and you can view the delay as easily as I type this post. 🙂
