Fundamentals of Radio Valve Technique by Deketh
Principles of Electron Tubes by Herbert Reich
ALL books written by Norman Crowhurst
Valve Amplifiers by Morgan Jones (be warned he's not keen on SE amps!!!!!)
Steve Bench's website; read and digest.
Audio Amplifiers (or something like that, forget what its called) by John Linsley Hood.
Not an exhaustive list, but should keep you quiet for a while
Rainer zur Linde's book is also good (forget what its called, build your own valve amps or something)
Then there's Valley and Wallman
