Hello to All!
I wonder what would be the best option:
I have 4x18[v] secondary transformer to power mentioned chips and small dilemma, should I share from one PSU -5V and -15V for TDA1541A and make separate PSUs for +5v, +5v for CS8412 and +5v for TDA1541A?
One more question, as this going to be my first approach to DAC-built, where
to place connection between chassis and ground, make star grounding
from each PSU?

Digital PSU can be common for CS and TDA. Analog power should be separate, and both grounds connected in a star - usually on the PCB, close to the DAC.
This is becuse the digital and analog GND are tied toghether inside the DAC anyway.

I'd say you'd be wanting lower voltage transformers for the +/-5v rails. I usually use 9v for these. Dropping from 18v (which will be 25vpost rectifier) will cause the regulators to get really hot. ALso, its worth considering that more seperation in rails is better. In my players I use sepreated regs for each device supplied and where possible seperate complete psu's including the transformer windings.

Following on from what UV101 has said using a lower voltage transformer also offers higher current capabilities over the higher voltage equivalent transformer. The more headroom you have on the current the better and lower noise the psu will become.
