Relax,

The beauty of a toriod, and one of its selling points, is that it does not radiate much in the way of magnetic fields... the field stays in the donut.

You still can have electrostatic radiation and capacitive coupling into surrounding circuits. You can always put a grounded shield around (foil) the toroid if this is a problem.
