Up and running a few weeks now with the TU-8600S.
When I put it together it would not power up and test voltages were off. I was in a state of semi panic/despair - I am no more a real DIY'er than someone who follows a recipe is a chef 🙂
Just wanted to say thank you to Victor. First for the good advice and fairly priced parts. Then when things didn't go right, he was kind enough to reassure me that "it would get figured out". I ended up sending the PC board to him and he did indeed figure it out. I think I had missed a resistor by the power LED. Funny how I can stare and stare at something and just not see it.
It's sounding lovely, it was overall a great experience and so thanks again.
