Looks like a nice board. Good options on it, too. Easy to swap input caps if you wanted to, and it has the DC offset trimmers.

I am very inquisitive how it would sound compared to the Charlize Amp... both use the TA 2020 chip. I have to admit that I havent got till the possibility to check up the charlize. From that what I read about it, the charlize must be one of the best sounding tripaths ...
charlize is hard to beat I have about 7 different amps but I end up listening to her most of the time

A small heat sink is recommended on Tripath 2020 based amps. The only exception is if you only run it at 12v or below, and at low to moderate volumes. But why take the chance? When you're not there, someone is going to crank the amp so it makes sense to have a simple heat sink, even if it is just a small piece of angle aluminum available at any hardware store or hobby shop.
