Look here, and you'll find a variety of datasheets for each type, some with triode curves.
I'll echo 7N7 and say that Frank's site is a godsend for tubeheads.

However, here are triode curves for the 3 types you wanted, from the Automatica site, all measured on a Sofia.

<b>EL34</b> Not a 6CA7 but close enought to get you started.
