Trimmer setup

If you burn it in and it seems stable, and the heat sink can be touched and not be too hot,
it may work out ok.
Tr All cold…light hot

considering that they will surely be cheap Toshiba, how much do you recommend I calibrate as maximum current if you have experience with these products? the customer does not care about watts so I can also increase current and have better sound.

The way I read the schematic, R18 is 330 Ω and in series with the trimpot (R20, 1 kΩ). So it looks like you have the correct trimpot installed.

bias problem solved it was the soldering, the components are all ok. most likely this amplifier has been playing for a year with wrong calibrations and has suffered some problems. Now already at 30 mA it sounds decent but the radiators remain warm, probably could also go a little higher current, but not finding the manual at the moment and I am stuck at the minimum and I don't know how much to risk it
