I have photos but your board has less damage. Are you looking for the part number for the burned transistor?

It's likely the PNP driver transistor. The L6 and M6 are used for drivers. If it's the PNP driver, its collector will be connected to ground.

That's likely what I used.

This board has 4 sets of driver pairs. Check them all.
