Trends TA-10-1 dead channel

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

So today I switched back to my Trends amp and found the right channel was silent. It looks fine, no burned smell, it worked a couple of days ago.

Any suggestions?

Most likely the main chip but you should always check the basics. Get the data sheet for the IC and go around the pins checking and comparing voltages looking for any major discrepancy between L and R.

Scope check to confirm the audio is reaching the input.

Thanks Mooly, my electronics buddy said the same thing.
Inputs shows resistance but the right output is open.
