Fipironil is sold as water soluble concentrate, one trade name is Regent (Bayer).
Bayer also sells a gel called Goliath, which contains fipironil, a small amount of gel, about the size of a black eyed pea, is sufficeient for a speaker as precaution, put about so much in 6 places per cabinet in the first phase.
Once clear, one is enough, lasts about 6 months here, 42 C ambient, 80% humidity, in my city.
Fipironil and Chlorpyriphos are the generic names of the compounds used as termite treatment pesticides.
No ties to any brands above.

It would be great if I can mix it into oil paint thinner because that would not cause my plywood to delaminate. But I don't understand why it mentions both "water soluble" and "mix it in oil paint thinner". So is it a water solution or a turpentine solution?Fipironil is the right choice. It is sold as water soluble concentrate, you can mix it straight from container in oil paint thinner (mineral turpentine oil) for use on wood.
That would your choice which to use. It is amenable to both, but not together. One or the other.
Another seconder for Fipronil. You can make baits using scraps of pine or rolled up cardboard soaked in it and bury it around your house.I have a brick and steel roof framed house but still had termites eat out my skirting boards which were a non resistant species. After baiting and spraying around the house with Fipronil they have not been back.
Fipronil is sold mostly as EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate) in liquid form.
Intended for use in water, but for wood you can mix with paint thinner instead of water, straight from the container.
Check the strength, here 5/10/20% concentrations are sold, get the highest one available.

Do you have a name for a product available on Amazon USA. I searched for it. Amazon returns way too many results for repellents not containing Fipronil. Also, some products which specify to contain Fipronil seems to be aqueous, hence I am not sure if this is a product which can be mixed with thinner.
The cost to get a liquid from Amazon are quite high because of shipping restrictions. Still Amazon is my only option. It is not I am too lazy to search, it is I am unsure of what manufcaturers specify.

Fipronil insecticide is sold under numerous trade names, including Katyayani Nashak, Katyayani Fantasy, Katyayani Joker, HPM India AASHIRWAAD-GR, HPM India AASHIRWAAD SC, ZAGRO Commander 5 SC, Fax SC, AgriBegri Empala, and Indofil Industries Stalker SC.
That is a Google AI result, no ties to any names above.
Ask at pest control service or farm supplies dealer.
Pretty common.
Normal use is water dilution for fields and building foundations.
Thinner is practical application innovation by local pest control agencies.

OK, it is slow cooking now. A little over 100C. 220F for the metrically challenged. I thought it would be better to take out the speakers, filter, wiring and damping material.
I leave it in for 2 1/2 hours. After that I turn off the gas and let it cool off overnight inside the oven.

See that the termites don't come out and go in to different places through gaps in oven when you start heating.
You could have wrapped in aluminum foil and left in direct sunlight....reached 80+ Celsius...no need for oven. We have a lot of solar cookers, that is where the detail came from.
Be careful, high temperature can cause wood to dry out and warp.

Well, here in my country India, we have one company called Pidilite (Fevicol, MSeal fame) that makes it all. Their pest control spray worked well for me, but I'm sure there must be an equivalent product available at your place.
