Transmission Line cabinet volume question

Thanks for answering. Reason for question - 2.5 way designs often have over generous bass that needs to be tamed with room placement. Wondering if I can placate this by going slightly under optimum cross section, but keep length the same.

FWIW, B0$3 proved that optimal loading for a woofer is a 2:1 CR and me n' others have done quite a few mids, cone tweeters, 'FR' drivers at ~1:1 CR, though as Dave noted, it 'chokes' off the response below its mass corner [2x Fs/Qts'] at ~ 4th order when optimally stuffed.

Re using existing length; had to use HR since I only did end loaded and if offset it ideally needs to be a 1/2 octave shorter with the Fostex F120A [example] due to a ~81x CSA reduction between an Alpha TL and my puny little pipe with the trade-off of raising F6 from ~70 Hz to ~200 Hz.
