Hi, transistor recommendation for LTP ?, current mirrors?.
I like 2sc1815, bc546 / but they are kind of low voltage.
KSC1845 any good?.
I heard 2n5551/5401 aren't so great despite nice specs.

Nothing wrong with KSC1845/KSA992.
Current mirror transistors that load the LTP are supposed to be low voltage. One of them is diode connected and the other drives the base of the next stage, which means low VCE. They do not have to be complementary to the LTP. High voltage transistors are never as good at 0.65 V vce as their lower voltage counterparts.
