2SK213(->2SK216), 2SJ76(->2SJ79)
The above parts are live orderable.
Just that the price is even slightly higher than 2SK1056/2SJ162.
If any one or GB need a few hundreds, ask me.

ST has a couple of nice 25MHz TO-3 devices: 2ST5949/2ST2121. I don't think anything beats it in terms of DC SOA: 5A @50V

Toshiba 2n3773 is 1.5A @ 100Vce guaranteed by 100% testing.ST has a couple of nice 25MHz TO-3 devices: 2ST5949/2ST2121. I don't think anything beats it in terms of DC SOA: 5A @50V
That is a mighty performance for a 150W device. i.e. no SOA de-rating for voltage <=100Vce.
But it is much slower and much older.

Hi Zhoufang,
I confirmed your offer for my requested parts yesterday.
Can you make me an second offer for 6pairs 2SK216/2SJ79?

I can only do it if we have large group of interest for it.
The cost from distributor is abnormaly high compared to 2SK1058/2SJ162, otherwise I would have carried it.
Min 250 pcs is required to go ahead.

Seems to me that the ON/Sanyo 2SK3557 is usable in place of the 2SK170. Not guaranteed to be a direct swap in a given design, but applicable in much the same way with appropriate biasing. Transconductance is slightly lower at the same current, but noise figure is very comparable and input cap is about 3x lower. gds looks comparable as well.
Just thought of another input device that's worth mentioning...
Analog Devices / Precision Monolithics MAT02 was replaced by the MAT12, which is also available in an 8-pin SOIC as the SSM2212; this is an ultra low noise, high beta, supermatched NPN pair. The MAT03, a PNP supermatched pair, hasn't gone anywhere; its SOIC counterpart is the SSM2220. Expect to pay on the order of $5 for the SOIC package or $25 (!!!) for the TO-78.
Kind of glad I've got a few MAT02s floating around in my parts box...
