I'm 99% sure (looking under a microscope) that the component number is "ASG". There is one other component named ASG on the board as well.
I can't find the exact model. There could be multiple component numbers with the marking ASG.
For example a diode AP1G or a transistor KTA1504 could be possible. Both numbers are not in the AQ1200 diagram

The part number may not be the same. Did you follow the connections to see if there was a transistor on the diagram with the same connections.
As a side note, I generally used an MMBTA56 as a sub for the ASG transistors.
