Transistor subs. 2sc960 & 2sa607 Help please

I'm trying to find subs for for 2sc960s and 2sa607s.

I can't find NOS parts anywhere, accept that auction site, and we all know what that means.........

Any help would be appreciated.

Those are obsolete metal-can NEC devices with specs: 80V, 0.7A, 1.2W, hFE=40..200, 50 MHz, Cob=50 pF.

While not identical substitutes, these plastic-packaged devices will probably work for most audio applications:

2sa965/2sc2235
2sa1013/2sc2383
2sb647/2sd667
2sb649/2sd669
2sa1837/2sc4793
2sa1930/2sa5171

or just about any recent pair specified for audio driver applications with Vceo > 80V.
