2SB1328/2SD2004, KSC2690A/KSA1220A this is a good previous suggestion
as is:
2SA1124/2SC2632 ksa1381 and comp
Correction:
This:
2SB1328/2SD2004 1A 20W 2sa1837/2sc4793
Should have been this:
2SA1111/2SC2591 1A 20W 2sa1837/2sc4793
As PB2 suggests make a Dim Bulb tester, details are on audiokarma.
Don't Worry I have been using a dim bulb for a while now.

I will have to check if those suggestions (except for the ksc/ksa) are on mouser, being in france, ordering from different sellers in the us can get very expensive.
Some of the cheap testers produce false readouts.
You better off testing devices with a curve tracer.
I know but even with a simple diode test I get the correct readings for a pnp for the 2sc1232 and for an npn with the mosfet transistor.

That's exactly how I read it in my head the first time 😀
Those are quite hard to find by the way, even on digikey I can only order a minimum of 500 pieces.

I have been away for a while but had some time to install the parts I ordered :
I went with for new outputs original from Sanken (ordered on digikey), replaced the opto-couplers, found some 2SJ79/2SK216 from renesas (from a reputable seller). I went with the KSC2690A/KSA1220A to replace the 2SB1328/2SD2004. I have also added some heat sinks to the drivers because they can get quite hot.
The amp is working great so thank you for all the help 🙂.
