Good morning. My question is simple, i'm attempting to repair an American Pro APX2400 power amp. It has 8xC3263 and 8xA1294. These are very expensive. I was wondering if, looking at both datasheets, i can replace them with C5200 and A1943.
Thanks in advance.
Pablo.

The biggest problem is that the original transistors blew up so why did that happen? It is far too common that amplifiers are unstable and/or unprotected so they are a failure waiting to happen. When you repair such an amplifier, you are taking responsibility for its reliability and that is dangerous, especially if you make any changes. So if you can scrutinize the amp and address it's original failure to prevent a recurrence then great, otherwise be sure the customer understands you can not provide any guarantees.
Noting your country, the reason 2SA1943/2SC5200 are cheap will be because they are fake. The Sanken devices are extremely rugged in comparison.

Easy as 1, 2, 3...
Pick any computer power supply.
Screw one trannie to huge heatsink.
Let something like 8-10 Amperes from 12 Volt bus to flow through trannie for some minutes.
Cheap fakes have comparatively small crystal inside and this simple SOA test will burn any of fakes present.
