Transistor R4389 and R4363

anyone knows these transistors ?
printed code is R4389 (H844) and R4363 (H905)
one vague source in the net says 100V 56A, likely MOSFET
the company logo (capital bold letter H) is this Harris ?

BUK9620 replaces R4363.

It is a small Mosfet switching transistor.

R4389 is also a Mosfet switching transistor.


Is this a picture of some Car-equipment of any sort?
Have a feeling I have seen those in ignition systems for cars in the nineties.
It is a 60V 50A N-channel switchMosfet.I am not sure what replaces it.
