The TIP36 definitely looks fake.

The 21193 also looks fake. The die should be soldered to the tab.
This is a 2SD718:

Maybe it's just me, but it almost looks like the TIP36 has the leg spot welded to the plate?! Or maybe it's soldered and just looks a bit odd in the photo.
Genuine and cheap may not be possible.
For the 2SD718 and similar transistor pairs, I'd suggest that you use the FJA4213 and FJA4313. For the TIP35C and 36C, virtually any of the big distributors will have genuine parts (Future, Arrow, Digi-Key, Mouser...).

If they know that the parts that they sent you are inferior to other parts that they sell, you should cut your losses, buy parts from a reputable distributor and be done with it.
And don't EVER purchase semi's off of ebay.! Very few you can trust. I've had a bad experience simply because I wanted them for a cheap price. I'd say purchase from a well known source..... Like they say better safe than sorry 🙂
Chipper I have purchased several fets off ebay and never had a problem. Although I have been doing business with these few vendors for years and they sell good quality parts. You have to be extremely careful when selecting a vendor from ebay. Dont buy the "cheap" parts.
I have been using this vendor for about three years.I only used to buy ICs from them and did not get much problems with them. Now i buy fets and i thinks all is fake.Any one no what the IRFP064n die looks like? I open two of them which is supose to be from the same batch and the die looks so different. The 2sc5200 am also confuse

I opened 2 064Ns from different batches and they both looked about the same as the one below:
