I need to find out the manufacturer of a transistor that has a marking/logo which looks like an S over H. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!
Siemens.
Yes, probably. Siemens came from a company called Siemens & Halske.
They used to have the intertwined S and H logo.

JFET
Hi Norbert,
I have a list of manufacturers of the 2N5566 JFET dated back to 1988.
I don't want to put it out on display in the forum.
Siemens and Motorola is not listed as manufacturers of this JFET.
This is for a dual jfet 2N5566. Did Siemens ever make such a transistor?

Jaycee - That is exactly the marking on this 2N5566 jfet!
Tommy1000 - Thanks! The jfets in question are dated from 1988 and they have the Siemens' symbol as in Jaycees post...

Which one - Jaycee's post has 6 markings...
