Transforming 4 track Minidisc recorder to preamp/mixer for studio recording

Hi guys! This is my first post.

Got this crazy idea, of using my unrepairable Sony MDM-X4 which has an incredibly good preamp/equalization stage I fell in love with (without phantom that I would like to add) and I would like to use independently from the digital stage, which has the channel outputs permanently connected to it to get a good replacement of my actual noisy Xenyx 802 mixing desk for my home-studio.
Luckily the schematics are widely avalible on internet, but I'm very confused with it , because it has a ground for the analog section (mixer) and another one for the digital section and I really don't want to mess it up making wrong connections, and even I'm really not sure if this modifications can be made.

I drew with red lines, over the block diagram of the device just to explain better what I'd like to do with this device, or just to ask if this modification is possible.

Here's the link for the service manual.

And here's the block diagram with the modifications:

Modifications in RED, stuff I'm not sure if is useable with this modifications in BLUE.

I will appreciate whatever assistance you can give me 😀 I bid you all a good day.
P.S. I apologize if I was betrayed by my bad English.

Sony technicians said the reading module is broken but I'm not really sure. When I turn it on, on the screen appears two error messages, sometimes "Error 08" and sometimes "Error 0A". I live in Colombia, sipping costs are very high and MiniDiscs are a little bit expensive.
