The load line shown is not an AC load line which will be an elipse, not a line. So long as more of the elipse area falls below the dotted 33W limt than above then you are fine, that is, so long as the average power is below your (self imposed) 33W limit.

Yes, that looks more like it. Interesting to realise that there is very small difference in output power between 300 and 250 Volts screen. It is because we are allowed to hit the knee part of the curves.
For sure a resistive load is anything but realistic, just a starting point that makes sure it will work more or less.
