I was given a Thorens TD-166 MKII and the transformer is missing. Does anyone have a scource for obtaining this unit?

From memory it's 9v ac, but I could be wrong.

My TD166/Mk2 has an 'inline' transformer on the power lead with a 3.5mm power connector (like a walkman) at the TT end. This is a UK spec TT for 240V/50Hz operation.

The unit I am looking for is USA Spec for 110v, part# Z4150077. Dave if you could get me the voltage on the output side it would certainly help.

My transformer reads 18v AC RMS unloaded.
I didn't measure the load current / voltage.
(no spare connector)
I would guess from the size (approx 45mm cube
including trafo, plastic box &cable entry/exit) no
more that 10W of output - probably a lot less once the motor is up to speed. Hope that helps ...
