there are a lot of considerations.....here i used 500cm/ampere as current density as it seems to be the practical choice....values from 700 to 300 can be used, 500 is middle ground...

i would like to suggest that you use wood mandrel to hold those coil formers.....a rubber mallet will come handy to fix up the bulge in the windings...you can also use a table vise to take care of the bulge....
No currently hung up with my campusing trying to get a job ........................
