If my power transformer, chock and out put transformer is not covered (without outer shell), is it ok?

For the cover, what type of material is good in shielding the EMF interference ?

Sure, it's mainly cosmetic in most cases.

The material used for shielding xformers is called mu-metal.

What is mu-metal? Is it aluminum or ferro-based material?

Also what kind of material can stop the electro magnetic interference generated by the transformer?😕
