Transformer core

Yes, at first glance it does. But there never were standard M 114 cores in Germany, where the vendor appears to be sitting, and most probably never will be. I'm missing a set of drawings on these laminations in his offers.

After all, his winding windows dimensions also don't hold true. In any standardized M type lamination (there are/were six different ones, ranging between M 42 and M 102) the window's width is two thirds of the outer length (and width, because they're square), and it's heigth is one sixth.
