Yes, at first glance it does. But there never were standard M 114 cores in Germany, where the vendor appears to be sitting, and most probably never will be. I'm missing a set of drawings on these laminations in his offers.
After all, his winding windows dimensions also don't hold true. In any standardized M type lamination (there are/were six different ones, ranging between M 42 and M 102) the window's width is two thirds of the outer length (and width, because they're square), and it's heigth is one sixth.

window width is the same as in the M102, 68mm. The outer magnetic path width is increased from 17 to 23mm where the flux is against grain orientation.
Yes, exactly. These laminations are called PM 114 or, with different cuts, PMZ 114. They're square also.

Not completely untrue, as PM stands for Philberth Mantel. These type of cores/laminations were developed by Siemens, Germany, in the mid 1960ies.
