Traces inside tube?

Is this 5y3 bad? What are these traces inside? The getter looks like new.

It looks like the glass is coated on the inside and not perfectly clear. If this is the case you are seeing scratches created by the mica support spscers as the assembly were stuffed into the glass. Coated glass (usually grey or black) is more common on amplifier tubes, not rectifiers but the scratches are perfectly normal.
