The Buschorn is far too small -it's designed for 3-4in drivers (the FE83 & FE103E). I don't think the Fostex 206 enclosure is one of their best examples. Ugly too. Of the 3 you mention, I'd use Onur's double horn, with a 2-3ohm resistor if you feel it needs bringing down a touch.
A couple of other alternatives for you. Firstly, the Jerico horn. I never liked this one much, but I'm revising my views, now I've run some more detailed computer models. Also: the standard FE206E should go fairly well in the Fostex designs for the FE208Esigma, and also the FE206ES-R. Both look a whole lot more attractive than the standard horn, and look like they perform better too.
Also the Dallas II, which is specifically designed for the FE206E. I link to plans in the previous page of this thread.

If I where not limited to the Fostex (I am not, they reside in the BR enclosure now as my speakers in the kitchen and can break in even more than they allready did), what else would come to your mind?
