I've finished the new PCB. And discovered KiCad has an option to raytrace the 3D view of the board. It is slow, but it works 🙂
Unfortunately, Chinese New Year is close, so everything stops, and there is no point in ordering the PCB for at least another week. Oh, well...

I've put together the final version of WhiteBoy. 🙂
USB is working good. It is recognized by Windows 10 as "Headphones (CSR8645)". No drivers needed. When both Bluetooth is connected and USB is plugged in, BT takes precedence.
I've added more power supply decoupling caps, and changed the output LC filter inductor (shielded) and capacitor (film).
Except for the fact that I hoped it would be louder, I am very happy with this 🙂
