I have a TDA3110 board but not that one.
TPA3110 does not have a particular MUTE input such as TPA3116.
The board has two pins that are marked with "MUTE". Try to connect these two pins, turn the power ON and remove the connection between the two pins. Do you still have a loud "POP"?

🙁 No luck!
With MUTE connected at the beginning the POP Sound wont occurs, but when i remove the Mute Jumper the POP sound appears immediately.. so, no solution i think.. 🙁

They have probably implemented the best "anti-POP" they could figure out. It does not really work. There is no real MUTE input. The datasheet talks about "POP free performance" but it seems not to hold. Most likely you will not succeed even after good efforts and it is a cheap board.
Do you recommend any other board? I am trying to do a simple setup with two 8R speakers, bluetooth module and one amp board (this one).
My advice is to use a separate BlueTooth module. On-board BlueTooth often leaves you with particular noise issues and lack of flexibility. Unless you need a lot of power, buy a TPA3116 board for around 7-8$ (US).
