As Lutkeveld stated, there is no real need to change caps. I have used the first Sure TPA3110 board without mods for a very long time. A 1000uF cap at the DC input has "improved" bass response and 'presence' or 'weight' to some. The old rule: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" may be appropriate here...If you just can't listen and enjoy a $10 amp, then the new hybrid caps mentioned first above are top notch. Others like Nichicon Muse 'KZ' or Panasonic FR or FM. Some like the 'warmth' of Elna Silmic II. Your amp, your ears your choice...

Only Panasonics that are ok with tpa imo are EZA hybrids and Oscons. if you do FR&FM anyway never go up in capacitance, read around, audiocircle/audiokarma/here.
I don't know how you use the little Sure, but for bass replace c1/c2/c11/c12 first, they measure around 150nF. To lower gain remove r4 (=double inputcapacitance).
EKZM160ELL102MH20D(3.5mm lead spacing Sure pcb) or 25V or smaller capacitance if you like, no negative side-effects with larger capacitance for UCC (for FM/FR you will repeat/regret mistake others made going larger value)

I'm not sure if the sure-boards will benefit from such a mod (i didn't do it).
I had much cheaper and more used / abused looking capacitors on some other chinese boards.
One even exploded.
On those modded boards KZN and PSG do the job for me.
They were simply the ones with lowest ESR and highest RC available for me.
But also KZE was not the worst choice.
I couldn't resist 10pcs for 0,80€ of KZE 470uF.
What mod? You mean increasing inputcapacitance c1/2/11/10 (12 was mistake!)? Standard there is little bass, a result from capacitance, there isn't need to protect tpa3110. But if speakers are small or without bass output, it won't matter, if speakers are bass heavy/boomy and you don't want unattenuated bass, the loss might be welcome.
What's with all the 404'd digikey links, is there a special BB code to post them? Does anyone see anything other than 404? If the answer to both questions is no, I propose we ban digikey links from this forum, effective immediately.
