There are gobs and gobs of two way designs and kits all over the http://www. How much do you want to spend, and are you planning on building you own enclosures(boxes)? Give us a better idea of what you want and we will point you in the right direction.
By the way, most 2 way loudspeakers would not fit into the 'tower' category. Have you considered an MTM or D'Appolito approach for a 3 driver two way in a slim tower design?
