We don't do anything less than 10 pieces. Too much time taken for us, and too costly for you. If you would take 10, you can contact Mark Lai directly by email, and he will give you all the details how to proceed. We have stuck to the same sets of conditions from day one till now, to be fair to everyone.

If you want less, maybe some of the previous buyers have some to spare.

There were some confusions from at least one customer concerning the three types.

The original type that is pin compatible with 2SK389 has the two TO92s facing opposite directions. We called them Type 0.

The new types have both FETs facing the same direction.
The one with the 2 flat surfaces of the TO92 facing the heatsink fins we call Type 1.
The one with the flat surfaces of the TO92 facing the no-fin side we call Type 2.
