Their not very big, I got some from the last group buy.

The dc offset was quite stable with the last group buy parts, especially with a little Artic Silver compound to coat the devices. My collection of 389/109 test typically with 0.2 ma idss difference between the 2 halfs of each device. How close you can pair your 170/74 s depends on how many you have to match from, i was able to get good pairs of 0.1 ma or less, so you can even do better than Toshiba did with enough patience and carefull testing (and enough devices)
