Many MOSFETs have both lower 'contact' resistance than physical relays, and more linear resistance in fact. Not hard to source MOSFETs with a few milliohms on-resistance...

Still looking for a pin compatible MOSFET relay 🙂

Same problem on yours as well?. have you changed the relays ? What brand / model.
