I have 6 pairs of these, they're new and genuine as I purchased them from member Zhou Fang here long time ago.

I have measured their vgs at Id +/-100mA and the result as follows..

2sk2013:
  • 2.34v (x2)
  • 2.36v (x2)
  • 2.37v
  • 2.38v

2sj313:
  • 2.51v (x3)
  • 2.53v
  • 2.54v (x2)
