@audiodan: It's a discontinued part and they're cheap. I have tested 54 devices and found 14 pairs so far (setup: gate and source grounded, a 1k resistor at drain, apply 19V, measure voltage across resistor). And for 37$ including shipping they are a real bargain.

Will most probably post some statistics later, would be nice if anyone would do so too, just for the sake of doing statistics...
