Semisouth SiC JFET SJEP120R100 will be available in around May, at price not exceeding $40 each, plus additional discount for volume purchase.
It includes matching of JFETs, paypal fee and shipping.
If things go well, Matched 2SJ74 (for 2sj109 replacement) will be available too, with matched 2SJ103 available as cascode if rail voltage is a problem for j74.

SJEP170R550 and SJEP120R100 will be offered.
With SJEP170R550 expected to be available here by March, and SJEP120R100 no later than May/Jun.

SJEP170R550 cost me more per unit than SJEP120R100 due to smaller quantity.
But it be will offered here for slightly less than SJEP120R100, as should be the case.
